This User Agreement ("Agreement") describes the terms by which you will be bound when you use the money-transfer and related services provided by ADPAYGO (the "Service"). This Agreement was last updated on January 1, 2026. Do not use the Service if you do not agree to be bound by these terms. Please read this Agreement carefully and make sure you understand it fully before using the Service.
As used throughout this Agreement, the terms "Absolute M Transfer", "we", "us", and "our" refer to ADPAYGO, together with its employees, directors, successors, subsidiaries, affiliates, and assignees. The terms "customer", "sender", "you" and "your" refer to users of the Service, whether as senders, beneficiaries, or visitors.
Overview of the Service
The Service enables you to send funds to beneficiaries in the countries we serve. We recommend that the Service only be used to send money to people you know personally – friends and family. You should not use the Service to send money to someone you do not know.
CONSUMER FRAUD ALERT: PROTECT YOURSELF. Be careful when a stranger asks you to send money, especially for (but not limited to) internet auctions, prize offers, or telephone offers. If you believe someone is trying to scam or defraud you, or if your username or password has been lost or stolen, please contact us immediately.
Definitions
- Sender: the person who uses the Service to send money.
- Recipient / Beneficiary: the person who receives money through the Service.
- Transaction: an order to send money through the Service.
- Transaction Amount: the amount the sender provides to Absolute M Transfer for transmittal to the recipient.
- Transfer Fee: the fee the customer pays for the transfer.
- Other Fees: additional fees such as bank or card fees, and/or taxes or charges levied in the beneficiary's country.
- Total to Beneficiary: the amount paid out to the beneficiary, excluding taxes or charges levied under the laws of the receiving country.
Acceptance and access
By using the Service and by clicking to accept or agree to these terms when that option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not use our money-transfer Service.
Eligibility of users
To be eligible to use the Service as a sender, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old and able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Other restrictions may apply.
Your responsibilities
As a user of the Service, you agree that you will not:
- Breach this or any other agreement between you and Absolute M Transfer;
- Open more than one account;
- Provide false, incorrect, or misleading information;
- Fail to cooperate with any investigation or to confirm your identity or other information we may need;
- Use an anonymous proxy server or any automatic device or manual process to monitor or copy our website;
- Make a cash advance from your credit card (or help others to do so);
- Share transaction data or other information with anyone but us and/or your recipient.
Compliance and prohibited transactions
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject any transaction. We may reject transactions from certain senders or to certain beneficiaries that are included on the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list, sanctioned-country lists, and such other lists as issued by government agencies. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or evading currency-reporting requirements. All transactions are subject to the Bank Secrecy Act, U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements, and applicable state money-transmitter laws.
Fees, exchange rates and cancellations
The transfer fee and the exchange rate applicable to your transaction will be disclosed to you before you complete the transaction. Exchange rates change frequently. Absolute M Transfer may make a profit on the exchange rate in addition to the transfer fee. You may have the right to cancel a transfer and obtain a refund within the timeframe required by applicable law, provided the funds have not already been picked up or deposited. Refund and cancellation rights are described on your transaction receipt.
Errors and questions
If you think there is an error or you need more information about your transfer, contact us within the timeframe shown on your receipt. We will investigate and correct any error in accordance with applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Absolute M Transfer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to a transaction will not exceed the transaction amount plus the fees you paid for that transaction.
Changes to this Agreement
We may amend this Agreement from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
